It hurt Static to leave Sunshine, but it hurt more that she was not welcomed back. Yet, she was going to keep her promise to the little girl, and bring her family back. Yeah, she wouldn’t be able to see them reunite, but she could at least walk with the Killjoys until they got there. After she was finished with what she had to do, she would to continue doing what she had originally plan on doing. That was taking down Korse, and his group of followers.
“I hope I am doing the right thing here,” She look at the night sky, she’d been going for three days and was almost to the city. She could see it in the distance not that far away. She began to wonder what the Killjoys looked like. “Wait why am I questioning myself, of course this is the right thing to do.” I just hope I can find them.”
She looked up to she was right outside the city, looking over her shoulder to make sure no one had followed her. She sighed; she remembered that she was totally yelled at by that group of people. Of course no one followed her, but they didn’t even know why she was there. Maybe if they did, they would have reacted different. Sunshine was all that was on her mind. Why should such a little girl be put through this? Look what had happened, when a ten year old girl grew up when she lost her family, she became tumbleweed, always on the run, always looking over her shoulders. But it was as if god was telling her that Party Poison and the others were alive.
Static pushed on through the city looking at all the buildings, and thinking. Why did this feel so weird? Why was she getting the feeling she was being watched? But she ignored the feeling and walked. She came up to a big white building, with a lot of windows, but only one door. Was this the BLI’s headquarters? It looked different, than again she hadn’t been here in five years. She looked around before she walked up to the door of the building.
Static looked through the window and saw a few Draculoids moving about. She had a plan, and was ready to do whatever it took. Pulling her ray guy out, she opened the door, not a moment after that did the Dracs see her. She open fire and prayed for the best.
